sunflower butter jelly
Peanut butter jelly is a combination classic, however due to the increased number of peanut allergies we decided to put a spin on this classic and use sunflower butter. The combination with the strawberry jelly is sure to bring you back to those sandwich days with just a hint of sweetness. This cookie has no chocolate making it a perfect treat for my non-chocolate lovers.
Cookies are about 4 inches in size.
Care
All of our cookies are baked and shipped the same day in individual eco heat vacuumed sealed packaging. We do not use any preservatives in our cookies, so it is recommended to store them for up to three days at room temperature in their packaging (place in airtight container if opened). If you would like to extend shelf life you can freeze them in an airtight container.
