No we do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

We bake and ship same day. All orders are shipped out on Wednesdays.

We ship USPS priority mail (1-3 day shipping). To ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible, we ship on Wednesday so your cookies get to you quickly and are delayed by a postal facility. 

We can not guarantee the specific arrival day of your shipment.  

All orders received after 3 PM EST on Tuesday's will be processed the following Wednesday to ensure quality arrival. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We offer a flat rate of $10 for ground shipping in the United States. All orders are shipped out on Wednesday, with the cut off time being 3PM EST on Tuesday's.

Most of our main ingredients used for our cookies are organic, however not all.

At this time we do not offer a gluten free cookie. 

Yes, all of our cookies are vegan. We do not use any animal products in our kitchen.

Our cookies are homemade, baked fresh for every order. 

Yes, please use our contact form to request any large orders for catering. 

Our minimum order for catering is 100 cookies. 

Yes, some of our cookie toppings contain soy. The list of product ingredients can be found on each products individual page.

If you can resist eating them all in one go, then we recommend a shelf life of 3 or 4 days of arriving to you. If that is not possible (which I doubt) then we recommend you freeze them for up to 3 months. 

Once you are ready to eat them thaw completely and they are ready to consume once they are at room temperature.

*Always store cookies in the airtight packaging they came in or an airtight container. 

*Pro tip heat them for 5-10 seconds with your appliance of choice. 

No, we do not use peanuts in our cookies or our facility.

Yes, our packaging is environmentally friendly, 100% certified compostable, and made with recycled materials.

Our cookies are about 4-4.5 inches large. 

For the part box cookies are between 1-2.5 inches.

Catering orders vary.

Yes, our standard size cookies are wrapped in environmentally friendly heat sealed bags to maintain freshness. Our bags are 100% certified compostable.

Are catering orders are available to be individually wrapped upon request.

Party boxes are not Individually wrapped.
